
Here are included all the cereals that we are going to see plus all their hybrid varieties and derived products. Specifically: Wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelled, kamut or their hybrid varieties and derived products.
At this point wheat-based glucose syrups, including dextrose, are excluded; wheat-based maltodextrins; barley-based glucose syrups; and grains used to make alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin.

All products that may contain shellfish and/or traces.

This point excludes fish gelatin used as a support for vitamins or carotenoid preparations and fish gelatin or fish gelatin used as a fining agent in beer and wine.

Products that may contain egg and/or traces.

All products that contain peanuts and/or may contain traces of peanuts.

In this case there are some exceptions. They do not need to be notified if they contain fully refined soybean oil and fat; mixed natural tocopherols (E306), natural d-alpha tocopherol, natural d-alpha tocopherol acetate and natural d-alpha tocopherol succinate derived from soybeans; phytosterols and phytosterol esters derived from soybean vegetable oils; or phytostanol esters derived from soybean oil phytosterols.

Lactose must also be specified, but not whey used to make alcoholic distillates, including ethyl of agricultural origin, nor lactitol.

All nuts, including: Almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, alphonse nuts, macadamia nuts or Australian nuts and derived products.

All products that contain celery and/or may contain traces of celery.

All products that contain mustard and/or may contain traces of mustard.

All products that contain sesame and/or may contain traces of sesame.

In concentrations greater than 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/liter in terms of total SO2, for products ready for consumption or reconstituted according to the manufacturer's instructions.

All products that contain lupines and/or may contain traces of lupines.

All products that contain shellfish and/or may contain traces of shellfish.
